DISC Team Building – Ignite Leadership Potential
Feel the buzz, hear the laughter, and witness the ‘aha’ moments!
Read people through cards…
“I gazed at the cards before me, and suddenly, it felt like I was peeling back the layers of my very soul.”
#WhoAmI #DISC Cards aren’t just regular cards; they are like special mirrors that show us who we really are. They help us understand our strengths, how we connect with others and the unique things about ourselves.
In our team-building workshop, participants are excited with their newfound self, like they’ve just solved a puzzle about themselves. Their reactions are priceless!!
Participant 1: “I never knew I had this natural charisma in me! It’s like a lightbulb moment!”
Participant 2: “Oh, that’s why they always do that! Suddenly, everything made sense! ”
After the workshop, participants feel surer of themselves, liberated and ready to do better at work and in life. It’s as if they’re wearing glasses that make everything clearer, enabling them to make better decisions, have better relationships and feel more confident.
Post-workshop, we incorporated “Who Am I” cards into our coaching sessions to provide our coaches with a tangible and visual tool to understand themselves better, enhance their self-awareness, help them navigate conflicts and communicate effectively with colleagues whose personalities may differ, ultimately helping them achieve their personal and professional goals more effectively. During coaching, they had an eye-opening moment when they realized how their personality style ripples through team dynamics.
“I never grasped how my trait impacted my team’s morale,” one coachee confessed.
In the ever-changing world of work, knowing ourselves and our teammates really matters. It enables us to collaborate better and turn challenges into teamwork. From enlightening “aha” moments to fostering profound team bonds, these cards redefine the game.
What mirror(s) do you use in your life and at work that could give you a true and honest reflection of who you are, what you need to do more, maintain, and do less regularly? What difference would it make if you had that reliable tool whenever you need it?
