One participant shared “There was a time I took offense when she directly disagreed with my ideas. Now, I realize she’s not dismissive but a spirited debater.”

We also conducted a symphony of mutual appreciation, recognizing and celebrating each individual’s unique contributions. The outcome? A collective moment where everyone felt valued and acknowledged for their distinctive impact, “I feel empowered when people appreciate what I bring to the table!”

As the workshop concluded, challenges didn’t disappear magically. Participants expressed, “The workshop equipped us with understanding and knowledge to better navigate challenges.
