His career has spanned IT, Education Services, and the Automotive industry, and he has in-depth experience with the local business and social landscapes of China, Malaysia, Australia, and Singapore. His passion for Learning and Human Performance Improvement has earned him expertise in Change Management, Human Capital Development, and workplace learning and performance improvement.

He is a seasoned bilingual coach and training consultant with over seven years of experience. Prior to his consulting role, he held several senior leadership positions at Volkswagen Group China across three locations, where he spearheaded change management initiatives focused on organizational development. His efforts transformed sales organizations into more dynamic, customer-centric structures, enabling faster market responsiveness and decentralized decision-making, which empowered frontline teams to drive higher business outcomes. During his tenure, he also played a key role in establishing Volkswagen’s National Sales Company in Malaysia, serving as Human Resource Director for both the sales office and factory.

At Volkswagen China, He was trained as an internal assessor and actively participated in Assessment Centers for recruitment and Development Centers for high-potential talent. After leaving Volkswagen, he joined a learning consultancy as a business partner, delivering Assessment and Development Center services to automotive clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Honda Joint Venture, and BMW, supporting the recruitment and development of retail General Managers, Sales Managers, and After Sales Managers. His broader client portfolio includes ChangAn Ford, Ericsson, GE Energy, CIMB, Google, Lego, Santander Bank, and Beam Suntory.

He is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with additional certifications in Stakeholder-Centered Coaching (Marshall Goldsmith), EQ Coaching (6 Seconds), and Systematic Team Coaching. He is also an Outdoor Experiential Trainer certified by the Singapore Training and Development Association (STADA) and holds a Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems, along with a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
