Resilience Coaching Certification

A 2-day certification program for managers and professionals to develop resilience competencies for themselves and their teams.

About The Programme

COVID-19 has certainly shown that we live in an ever-changing and complex world, that is full of unforeseen challenges. The key to succeeding in these times require not just the skills to survive, but to thrive and bounce back, in spite of the chaos and setbacks.

This Resilience Coaching Certification Program is designed based on the Penn Resiliency Program from the University of Pennsylvania, and supported by Positive Psychology Coaching Techniques. Using evidence-based approaches, the program aims to increase the participants’ level of personal resilience, and the teams members they work and lead, hence, building a culture of resilience within the organisation.
