Lee Kian Hu is a seasoned chartered accountant and business advisor with over two decades of experience in financial consultancy, corporate advisory, and strategic business development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from the prestigious University of Western Australia, Perth, which he completed in 1997. Committed to professional excellence, he became a Chartered Accountant in Malaysia in 2002 and was granted a Practicing Certificate, enabling him to engage in public practice under the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Lee began his career with a local accounting firm before advancing to Ernst & Young, one of the Big 4 international accounting firms. His tenure at Ernst & Young provided him with extensive exposure to a diverse range of industries, allowing him to build expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, corporate governance, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance. His experience working with multinational corporations and large enterprises has sharpened his ability to navigate complex financial and regulatory landscapes.

In 2003, Lee established Hu & Co., a member firm of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, where he serves as Managing Partner. Recognizing the need for comprehensive corporate advisory services, he later founded NexCompliance Management Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Hu & Co Consultants Sdn Bhd) in 2012. Over the past two decades, he has advised and served over a thousand clients, both locally and internationally, across various industries including manufacturing, retail, property development, and financial services. His firm specializes in company formation and restructuring, corporate governance, compliance, financial and commercial data analysis, and business strategy.

Beyond his professional practice, Lee has played a pivotal role in mentoring and developing emerging business leaders. Currently, he mentors over 10 leaders, equipping them with strategic insights and financial expertise to drive business success.
