Having spent more than 20 years living and working in Southeast Asia — including Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand — he brings exceptional cultural agility and a deep understanding of the region’s business landscape. As a Western executive who has successfully navigated diverse cultural contexts, he has developed a unique ability to bridge global strategy with local execution, fostering high-performing and engaged teams.

During his 22-year tenure at L’Oréal, Jean-François led across all four distribution channels before transitioning to the consumer healthcare sector with Novartis and GSK/Haleon. His leadership excellence is reflected in his proven ability to lead large-scale transformations while maintaining strong team cohesion and performance.

A passionate advocate for team development, Jean-François now dedicates his expertise to team coaching and mentoring, helping organizations and leaders unlock their full potential.

An HEC Paris graduate, he is currently completing a Team Coaching Certification to further strengthen his impact in leadership and team development.
