I attended both the DISC Behavioural trainings which included the Advanced course.  I find that DISC is an impactful training and is extremely beneficial for managers and team leads. If managers are able to attend this training it will really be beneficial for them as this provides a tool for them to understand their team members behaviour much better and create a good team working environment that will ultimately increase productivity. Lee Fong is a really experienced and season trainer.  I find that I am able to relate well using the DISC tool and this also give me the confidence to use the tool. I attended the Leadership Program with them last week, today I am here for their stress management consultant certificate program.
