- Apply the ORCE discipline — Observe, Record, Classify, Evaluate — to capture objective behavioural evidence and control bias.
- Conduct structured, evidence-based interviews using the I-A-O and STAR techniques to move past rehearsed answers.
- Interpret the PeopleKeys® 4D system — DISC, TEAMS, VALUES and BAI (I-SPEAK) — and read across the three DISC graphs to understand behaviour under pressure, at core, and as self-perceived.
- Derive PowerDISC leadership insights and detect behavioural tension patterns within an individual’s profile.
- Create and apply role benchmarks using CompetencyKeys / One-Click Benchmarking, and sort candidates by fit.
- Score talent against a three-tier, criteria-anchored standard — Threshold, Proficient and Exceptional — rather than candidate-to-candidate.
- Facilitate calibration panels and reach fair, defensible consensus decisions across multiple assessors.
- Produce boardroom-grade talent assessment reports and deliver clear, developmental feedback.
