Chai Lee Fong is an experienced multicultural talent management consultant and executive coach with a proven track record in the industry. Currently serving as the Principal Consultant with Lifeskills Institute, Singapore and the Managing Director of Lifeskills Institute, Malaysia overseeing the consultancy and training projects clients in the region. Before joining Lifeskills, she held the role of Regional Training Advisor for one of the largest insurance companies where she played a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of the sales force. In addition to her talent development expertise, Lee Fong runs a private counselling practice.

Before her tenure with the insurance company, Chai Lee Fong excelled as the Business Development Manager at the Singapore Training and Development Association (STADA). Notably, she led a major project subsidized by International Enterprise (IE) Singapore, overseeing a Human Resource Development market research initiative in Shanghai. Her responsibilities encompassed the recruitment of researchers and trainers in Singapore, Malaysia, and China, providing HRD consultancy services, and designing training programs tailored for the Asia.

With a career spanning over 20 years in coaching and talent management, Lee Fong brings with her a wealth of experiences and expertise in this critical area of human resources development.
